7 Fruits that You should Never Mix. They Cause Death in Children…

Fruits contain digestive enzymes, which clean out the residue left from the previously eaten food. Within an hour, the fruits travel through the digestive tract and they shouldn’t be eaten with any other food group.

Fruits can be divided into 4 groups:

Sweet – they don’t contain acids and those are: peach, apple, banana, plum, cantaloupe, and watermelon.

Acid – they are high in citric acid and those include orange, lemon, grapefruit, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, and blueberries.

Semi-acid – there are low levels of acidity present in these fruits and those are: strawberry, raspberry, mango, and green apple.

Neutral – they contain more vitamins, salts, oils, and protein. Coconut, peanuts, walnuts, almonds, and avocado belong into this group.

Acid fruits (grapefruit, orange, lemon, blueberries, kiwi, grapes and pineapple, blackberry, cherries, cranberry, gooseberries, kumquats, loganberries, plum, pomegranate, raspberry, sour apple, strawberry, tangelo, tangerine, tomatoes)

Sub-Acid Fruits (strawberry, raspberry, mango, green apple, apricot, blueberry, cherry, kiwi, lychee, nectarine, papaya)

Sweet Fruits (peach, apple, banana, plum, cantaloupe, watermelon, currants, dates, figs, prunes, raisins)

Neutral Fruits (avocado, coconut, peanuts, almonds, and walnuts)

Each of these fruit groups should be eaten separately and they shouldn’t be mixed with other foods. However, this rule can be bent to a degree, especially when it comes to mixing fruits with other nutrient dense ingredients.
