The West’s Latest Conspiracy Theory Is That Russia Slaughtered Chinese Miners In Africa

There wouldn’t be any narrative for the West’s perception managers to propagate had this terrorist massacre not taken place on the eve of President Xi’s historic trip, which strongly suggests that it was orchestrated by Western intelligence services and carried out by their local anti-government proxies. It was doomed to fail in its implied goal of sabotaging his talks with President Putin, but the very fact that this provocation was carried out anyhow shows how scared they are of those two’s Entente solidifying.

Three information warfare campaigns were simultaneously commenced last week in response to President Xi’s trip to Moscow. The first two concerned the Russian-Indian Strategic Partnership, with one narrative claiming that Russia just became China’s vassal, while the other implied the same about India vis-à-vis the US. The third campaign, meanwhile, pushed a conspiracy theory alleging that Wagner slaughtered Chinese miners in the Central African Republic on the eve of President Xi’s visit.

The Daily Beast introduced the last-mentioned narrative into the global information ecosystem in its piece that was published on Thursday about how “Witnesses Unravel the Chinese Mass Murder Mystery That Could Ruin Putin”. The solidification of the Sino-Russo Entente during the Chinese leader’s three-day trip to Moscow proves that Beijing pays absolutely zero credence to this political fantasy, yet the importance of this false claim is that it shows just how much the West is panicking about their ties.

That aforesaid outcome will manifest itself in Africa through those two synchronizing their engagement with the continent, to which end Russia might extend its “Democratic Security” services to protecting China’s Belt & Road Initiative (BRI) projects there upon its local partners’ request. That would greatly impede the US’ plot to turn Africa into a New Cold War battleground by unleashing a spree of Hybrid Wars against it aimed at sabotaging those states’ efforts to free themselves from neo-colonialism.

BRI projects remain vulnerable due to many of the recipient countries’ difficulty in adequately ensuring their security against non-conventional threats like Western-fomented Color Revolutions and terrorist insurgencies, hence the importance of Russia enhancing their related capabilities as explained through the synchronization of its African engagement policies with China’s. In a desperate attempt to preempt this scenario that would spoil their divide-and-rule plans, they’re concocted the latest conspiracy theory.

There wouldn’t be any narrative for the West’s perception managers to propagate had that terrorist massacre not taken place on the eve of President Xi’s historic trip, which strongly suggests that it was orchestrated by Western intelligence services and carried out by their local anti-government proxies. It was doomed to fail in its implied goal of sabotaging his talks with President Putin, but the very fact that this provocation was carried out anyhow shows how scared they are of those two’s Entente solidifying.

This subversive development also serves as further proof of the newfound information warfare campaign that’s being waged against the Russia-India-China (RIC) core of BRICS. All three of those were targeted at the same time in different ways as explained in the introduction of the present piece, with each narrative about them supposedly backstabbing their partner being equally ridiculous and easily debunked. Nevertheless, the one directed against the Entente is especially nefarious.

That’s because an actual terrorist attack was carried out to extend false credence to the spin that was the orchestrators planned to have their media proxies put on that massacre afterwards. Nothing similar has thus far been done out of desperation to divide Russia and India or India and China, though such a scenario can’t be discounted sometime in the future after the precedent that was just established. For this reason, the latest provocation is incredibly dangerous because of what it hints might soon come.
